Questions we get asked most.
What's included in the rent?
Wi-Fi, utilities, aircon servicing and weekly cleaning of the common areas — kitchen, living room and shared bathrooms — are all included. Your own room is yours to keep tidy. There's no separate utilities bill and no surprise charges.
What's the minimum lease?
Three months. Longer stays are welcome and most of our tenants end up extending.
How much is the deposit?
One month's rent, refundable at the end of your stay. We'll confirm the exact amount when you enquire, as it can vary slightly with the room and lease length.
How quickly can I view a room?
Usually the same day or the next. Message us on WhatsApp with a couple of times that suit you and we'll make one work — evenings and weekends included.
Can I cook?
Light cooking is fine — think breakfast, simple dinners, reheating. We keep heavy frying out of the kitchen so the whole house doesn't smell of it.
What's furnished in the room?
A bed, wardrobe, desk and aircon as standard, plus fully equipped shared kitchen and living areas. You only need to bring your own things.
